Mental health is something we often take for granted. We service our cars, see a doctor when unwell, and perhaps even exercise to maintain our physical health, yet how much do we do to stay mentally fit? Research shows that through continued learning we may stave off diseases of the mind, and if we engage in regular mental health discussions and gain the right support, we can also manage other mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Our mind section includes courses to keep your mind active, that teach you new concepts around thoughts, feelings, behaviour and mental health, and that provide you with mental tools that will support you in building a stronger mind to live, work and play with confidence.

Manage your physical abilities

Being physically healthy can be the difference between getting up out of a seat or needing a lift, it can determine whether or not you can carry a heavy load or move fast when you're required to, and a lack of physical health can affect your sense of self, and mood. The courses along with the Wing Chun Portal within this section, are designed to elevate you to a new level of physical and mental fitness, for overall improved health.
